How to change the channel on my airport

My neighbor and myself have been having problems connecting wirelessly to the internet. Apparently, someone in the neighborhood is operating a device that conflicts with the airport signal. My computer says "searching for pppoe connection" when I try to connect. Does anyone know how to change the channel on the airport.
