WiFi on MBP?

Will I be able to use WiFi from my Linksys Router, which is set up to my Dell Desktop in the other room, or will I have to by an Airport Extreme BaseStation?

Your MBP should be able to connect to the Linksys wireless router just fine. In fact I have been using one for almost a year along with 3 other Dell computers connected to it.
