Hello,
I have a wireless network at a camp I am in now, and we just added a range extender. Since then, only PC's and newer macs can access the router through the range extender. I have an older mac (mac mini), and some other people have some G4 Powerbooks with Panther on them, none of which connect via the range extender (they do get a full signal from it, but cannot access the internet). I tried messing around with some settings in the network section, but I don't really know what I am doing. The light that indicates the network status is orange, and it states that it has a good signal, but no internet. Does anyone have any idea as to how to configure these macs so that they access the internet through the range extender? Thanks so much in advance for your help! Patrick |
