Websites streaming video speeds

Hi,

There are some websites that stream video fast, while some stream videos slow and others average.

Two reasons that I suspect may account for this is 1) the number of viewers around the world viewing the same video at the same time on the site and 2) while two videos have the same title, it may have different formats therefore one video is larger than the other video. The larger video will be slower to stream and will lag.

Are there any other reasons why the same video from one website is more troublesome to stream than the other?

Sure. The website has a slow internet connection.
