What has changed just before you started receiving this message ?
Have you updated any apps / firmware / OS ?
What happens when you connect to the Time Capsule from the finder ?

Also, have a look here http://apple.stackexchange.com/quest...o-time-machine

Thanks for a fast reply buddy!!

I updated the app istat server and it started doing this so i uninstalled istat thinking that would help but didn't.

I can connect to capsule via finder but can't connect any other way or use it as a backup ;(

I just updated my original post and added a link....
Also have a look at the Bjango Web site and see if they have addressed the iStat Server issue already.

Cheers ... McBie

The fix was simple. I just followed your instruction and downloaded the new version of istat and it sorted everything.

Thanks again! And have an awesome weekend yourself
