I am at my wits end with Orange broadband.
For ten days now I have been struggling to access the internet satisfactorily. Most days for a few hours it is really bad and then it will suddenly right itself and perform perfectly. Email is fine (ish) and sites like ebay and facebook are bearable but slow but when I go into Google and try opening something like BBC news etc: etc: it won't open. I have checked everything including trying a new router, a diagnostic check, disconnecting all other equipment and plugging straight into my BT main socket and trying a different ethernet cable. I have also kept up with cleaning and maintenance. Orange have not been very helpful fobbing me off with various excuses, and I must say speaking to their technical support is an ordeal. Is this an Orange problem or something else. Thanks in anticipation |
