Ok another snag....Under page 59 it states that in prefernces > sharing i should enable windows sharing but this is not an option..I have enabled SMB windows sharing i assume this is the one...
Also where do i go exactly to enable port access TCP and UDP ?
Also it states turn firewall off i assume make changes as TCP and UDP ports and then do i turn firewall back on ????
QUOTE Thanks

Yes SMB that's it.

Watch the you tube video for details about tcp and udp setting

But, here's a link to a video that shows how to setup port forwarding for an Airport Extreme. The video is for different ports than you require but just substitute the ports you need.

You'll find the ports you need here:
ftp://downloads.netgear.com/files/NT...b11.pdf#page59

It also details configuring you mac firewall
I can see the link for the Netgear PDF very handy...But nothing there for video youtube ???

I'm afraid I don't quite understand what you're trying to say here.

Not sure why I lost the link but here it is

Leave your firewall off until you get this all working

Re conflict message is when i try and input port numbers i get a message saying conflict with port already in use at base station

Also it asks in the description tab to select before typing in port numbers from a drop down box Windows sharing , file sharing , web sharing etc....Which one do i choose ??

The conflict message suggests the port is already open. So there's no need to add it.
The description is just that. You can pick anything. But if you pick file sharing at least you'll know what it is if you come to make changes in the future.
