ical no longer works with google calendar

Am I the only one who has just found that ical stopped working or connecting with Google Calendar? I get the error message: iCal couldn't log in to the CalDAV server “google.com”. Does anyone have an idea as to how I overcome this? Mail works fine with Google Mail. Many thanks and have a good weekend. Dave |

I've found the answer by myself, and post it here in case anyone else needs the info or has the same problem. Basically, I set up the account manually using the method described here: Get Started with CalDAV - Google Calendar Help I hope this helps anyone else who has this problem. Dave |
