MacBook Pro 13" - Help Center problem.

Hi recently bought my MacBook Pro back in the summer of 2011 from PC World and after about a month or so the Help Center of my Mac OS X does not work i get this message:
Content not available
This information isn't available because your computer isn't connected to the Internet.
To view this information, connect your computer to the Internet. If you have trouble connecting, use Network Diagnostics.
Im connected to the internet and it work perfectly fine, it is only with the Help Center that this happens. I've tried using physical ethernet connections and wireless and still nothing. Just to be clear the "Help Center" opens when selecting a topic from the Help menu of any program from the toolbar.
Thanks in advance.
