Hi,

My iMac at home is connected via AirPort to AirportExpress, as I use wireless printing and music streaming. Can I change the IP address that AirportExpress assigns to my computer? When I do "Using DHCP with manual address" it does not manage to connect to the internet

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Have you put the airport express into bridge mode, especially if your Internet connection to the outside is controlled by a router or cable modem

No, I have not. My setup at home is:

Router --> NETGEAR router (needed 4 cable outs) --> Airport Express

and all the connections are via cable.

What is the "bridge mode"? And would it be appropriate in my case?
QUOTE Thanks
