Internet on Snow Leopard running Extremely slowly

Starting about a week ago the internet on my MacBook Pro became extremely, painfully slow. My roommate owns a PC and is having no problems so it shouldn't be the internet itself. I have read many posts from people having the same problem and tried several things to solve the problem (MacKeeper, DNS servers, changing firewall properties, etc) and nothing has worked so far. I ran a speed test and my results were

Any information on how to increase my internet speed or detect what the problem is will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Did you ever find resolution to your Internet speed issues? I'm experiencing the same thing on a new iMac with OS Lion 10.7.2.
