Rather than use a USB device as the designated drive that Time Machine backs up to, I would like to use my network box which connects via the RJ45 socket. How can I make Time Machine back up to this?

Do you have any info on your " Network Box " ... Brand, Model, Software version, ...

Cheers ... McBie

A computer lets you make more mistakes faster than any invention in human history - with the possible exceptions of handguns and tequila.
The problem is not the problem. The problem is your attitude towards the problem. You understand ?
