Here is the scenario. I have SRV1 as a windows domain controller. I also have 2 mac servers 10.6. Both are joined to SRV1 domain "ABC.com" So we have.
1. SRV1.acb.com (server 2003)
2. macserver1.abc.com (10.6 snow leopard server)
3. macserver2.abc.com (10.6 snow leopard server)
PC's are joined to SRV1 and access shared folders from macserver1.
*From any MAC device i can see both MAC desktops and mac servers and PC desktops and pc servers.
*From all PC desktops and servers i can only see other PC's and servers.
I can NO longer access any shared mac folders, nor can i do a \\macserver1.
My share points in the macserver1 all still have usernames from AD.
On my server i used "browstat status" at the command prompt and saw my server was still master browser.
This all used to work until yesterday. Rebooted all devices but issue remains.
Because i can browse from the mac to the pc domain but not the other way around, i thought that maybe it was a DNS issue but now i am not sure.
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
QUOTE Thanks

Can you connect to \\macserver1.abc.com\share

Are you using OD/AD dual directory? Is OD broken?

What is supplying DNS?
QUOTE Thanks
