How to see router history

I am not that computer saavy but I need to see my router history for a variety of reasons. I am using a Macbook Pro with Safari. I have all the router IP addresses ect. So using REALLY basic steps
how can I see my router history?

What Brand and Model is your router? All are different in the way to view the log. On some you have to enable logging.

Netgear im not sure what router model but it is white, if that helps
