I recently moved into an student resident.
the thing about internet here is, they don't use WIFI, but Ethernet instead. yea, still using cable ![]() after connecting the cable, instead of my homepage, i will be directed to an URL like : http://172.17.160.2:8000/index.php?r....google.com%2F in order to get internet access, you have to login with a name/pass they assign you. Since my ipad, phone, they need wifi. so i'm wondering, can i use Airport Express, and spread a wifi hotspot, by connecting Ethernet. did anyone tried it? thanks! ps: im sorry if i asked some silly questions. i'm a pure newbie
