Hello,

have there been any changes to networking between OS X Lion and Windows 7?

I've just upgraded to Lion only to witness the following:

1) All my Windows 7 PCs suddenly don't see the Mac although the settings in the Sharing pane of System preferences are the same as they were in Snow Leopard.

2) I'm connecting to Windows 7 PCs via Connect to Server from Finder, typing smb://ComputerName. This takes ages in Lion while it was fast (but unreliable) under SL.

Am I missing something?

Same problem. Can see my Windows 7 shared folders on my MBP, but cannot see my shared MBP folders on my Windows 7 system. Have been searching for a solution, but with no luck. Everything was OK before upgrading to Lion.

Anyone?
QUOTE Thanks
