i was wondering if there is a free program to let me control another computers internet connection from my mac on my wireless network; i have a windstream modem/router combo

MAC filtering is all that I am aware of through the router with admin privileges.

Control in what respect? Port forwarding, MAC address filtering, IP assignment, etc?
