Network Drive w/ Airport express??

I was wondering if there is a way to make a network drive with airport express base station? I have a home network with 4 different computers and an iPod Touch connected to it and I would like to share a 1 TB USB Hard Drive with everyone of them simultaneously. Is there a way to do this???
