It seems simple, but it can be difficult depending on the phone and the carrier you're using. For example, when I had my Motorola RAZR v3m on Verizon, it was darn-near impossible to get this working via Bluetooth due to restrictions Verizon placed in the firmware. Getting it to work required certain hacks that were time consuming and difficult. Ordinary RAZRs worked fine.
My recommendation would be to check out Howardforums.com, which is a cell phone resource forum. Chances are you'll find more specific information to that phone there. Liquid and computers don't mix. It might seem simple, but we see an incredible amount of people post here about spills. Keep drinks and other liquids away from your expensive electronics! |
