So I'm setting up my mom's MBP 15" and I have all of the MS office 2008 updated on my own MBP 15. I figure I'll just transfer them over to her machine rather than redownload them off Microsoft's site.
When I do that, Both machines are just slower than molasses, and some sites just time out. I didn't get a chance to check other machines on the network, wired or otherwise. is AFP known for being lousy on a network? Snow Leopard is on both machines. |
