Setup: Snow Leopard on Mac Mini with 2TB backup disk on Airport. The link with the backup disk disappearas every day or two. The link cannot be re-discovered, the only remedy is to depress the reset button on the disk for more than 5 seconds and to setup the link from scratch.

This is inconvenient, as Time machine backups are interrupted at any random time and then stop working due to the HD not found on the network. When this happens, the Airlink shows no activity (it does not show transmitting/receiving in the status bar) and the HD cannot be discovered.

How can this be solved/ (I am new to Mac).
QUOTE Thanks
