Trying to configure my powermac g4, with os 10.4.11, airport to connect to Verizon MiFi and being told password is not right. I'm using the 11 digit password that came with the mifi.

I tried using a direct usb connection but was told "not enough power to operate via usb"

Any suggestions?

Try switching to another USB port. Sometimes on certain computer, there are some USB ports that are not powered vs. some that are.

Tech Inventory:
uMBP 15.4" 2.4 Ghz/4GB RAM/250 GB, uMBP 13.3" 2.53 Ghz/4GB RAM/500 GB, iPhone 4 (Black), iPhone 3GS (Black)

Thanks, I switched from usb on keyboard to one on computer and that worked.

Still can't figure out connecting up to MIFI device. Might have to call the geek squad.
