AEBS and Itunes

If I attach a hub to my AEBS and then attach an external harddrive to the hub and also attach my imac to hub and I then transfer my itunes library to the external drive and make the external drive the default location for the itunes library, will I be able to access the itunes library from my imac and also any other computer that is wirelessly connected to the network. Any help appreciated. |
