I am in my dorm room with my TC plug into the wall with my computer wirelessly gaining internet from it. I've heard that XBOX will NOT connect to a TC wirelessly. But that isn't a problem for me since my xbox is right on top of my TC. What do i need to do in order to get my xbox live up and running?

My current AirPort settings...

A Time Capsule is essentially an Airport Extreme with a built in hard drive. Theoretically, you should simply be able to plug the Xbox into it with an Ethernet cable and it should work right away. How about you give it a try.
