Access to Time Cpsule

I need to access Time Capsule set up and when I enter the proper IP address in the browser I get "It Works!" displayed and that is all. The Time Capsule shows in finder and is accessible

Time Capsule set up is done through Airport Utility found in Applications / Utilities.
