I was pretty sure you would find the Mac set for DHCP as you say it works fine with other networks. Do you know how to check the WiFi Router? Can you get us a model number for that Linksys?

You say it's a Linksys Wireless Router. There should be a label on it with the model number. What does the router look like? Color?
