Is there a way to do screen sharing via bluetooth rather than airport?
or any way of sharing a screen on a network and still being able to use airport to connect to a wireless network?

i am on a LAN and have done screen sharing on the LAN and with folks all around the world and my system runs on airport, have used both 11g and 11n. So not sure what you want and why one would want to do screen sharing with bluetooth. Are you using a VNC setup or iChat? Teamviewer is good but for my money iChat screen share with audio is the best way to go.
