Linking PC and mac so i can access all files

Hey guys i need some help, i dont have a clue bout networking and i have a pc and a macbook pro. The problem is i would love to be able to access all my files on any of these two computers is this possible? wb

Absolutely. Go to System Preferences > Sharing and check the File Sharing button checkbox. Click the Options... button and make sure "Share files and folders using SMB" is checked and your user account is checked. You should now be able to share files from your Mac with your PCs.

To access from Windows, go to Start > Run and type in \\<ip address of your mac>
