I am using my mbp to share internet with my xbox. I have it connected using the IP address for my xbox while my computer's ip is, my router has an IP of The xbox will not connect when i have a 1 in the ip such as or any other combination with a 1. Being able to connect only with this ip would not be a problem except that it prohibits me from port forwarding to the xbox. I am using a time capsule and in the airport utility when you go to enter the IP to which you would like to forward you are forced to have that one in the IP you cannot change it. I was wondering if anyone has a way of ungreying this or getting the xbox working with a different IP. The port forwarding is to get around the NAT moderate designation on the xbox with disrupts xbox live play.
Thank anyone willing to help very advance!!
QUOTE Thanks
