Can't connect to Internet

I am attempting to connect my iBook G4 to a Belkin 54g (#F5D7230-4) wireless router. status shows as "connected", but when i attempt to access the internet i do not have access. i am using WPA-PSK encryption to secure my PC.

can you please help me connect?
