I have several wireless cameras set up around my house. I am trying to get them to email me a pic via SMTP but I keep getting an error on all the cameras. I have tried my Gmail SMTP as well as a couple of others. I have played with the authentication settings as well.
These cameras use IP addresses and have different port numbers in the 8000's. Could it be that my firewall is blocking the cameras? Do I have to give them permission somewhere? I am using a Macbook with an older Airport Extreme. The cameras are Airlink 101's. Thanks Last edited by buenhec; 11-28-2008 at 06:07 PM. Reason: changes |
