My son-in-law setup a wireless network some time ago. I suggested that he should lock it down. But he won't. I just notice that other network has pop up and it is open also.

It there a way to check to see if someone else is on your network?

there are a few app that show network activity, or use net info manager in utilities, click networks, then your network type or name, and it shows your network, in the bottom list, itll show active connections on that network.

i usually use my router, it shows me all the connected MAC addresses and comp name if applicable.
