problems printing via Airport Express

at my office we recently purchased an Epson Photo R280 printer to run over our airport express. i installed the driver and software on my iBook G4 with the printer connected to the airport and it printed fine. I then tried to install the driver on my coworker's macbook with no luck. also no luck on a macpro. it keeps messing up when its time to connect the printer to the computer. any ideas?

also, all computers are running os x.4
