Mac cannot find Windows PCs on LAN

Mac Specs: 24" iMac 3.06GHz 500GB HDD 4GB Ram

axis3100 is offline
I just got a Mac and i can't for the life of me figure out how to get my mac to find my other PCs on my LAN. Two PCs are running vista home basic and another is running 200o pro. what i want is to be able to go into the network menu in finder on my mac and see all of the other PCs on the network, any help would be appreciated.

24" 3.06GHz iMac 4 Gb RAM
2.1GHz Macbook
16 GB iPod Touch
6 GB iPod Mini
