Hey this is just a quick question about the mac mini
I was just considering buying a new airport to replace my microsoft base station. But what i just read about the mac mini is that it has an airport built in, now this may sound like a stupid question but there is nothing specifically saying it on the apple site. Can I set up the mac mini as an airport base station for my wireless network? |

The short answer is: yes.
However, It would be much better for you to just get a wireless router like the airport extreme. I don't know how far the range would be if you were to use your airport card to host a wireless network. If you want to try and see how it works, all you have to do is: click airport in the menubar, select: create network setup a password if you want one, and hit ok...
