Used to be able to connect my G4 (OSX 10.3.9) via ethernet to my PowerMac (OS 9). However, ever since I re-formatted my G4, i.e. a fresh install of OSX 10.3.9, the G4 can only make the ethernet connection to the PowerMac, but can not see any of the potential hard disks that are open to file sharing and exchange.
So, effectively the G4 can no longer retrieve the PowerMac's files.

Anyone encounter this type of a situation and knows how to remedy it?

If there is a thread about the above, a link to it would be appreciated.

Thank you.
QUOTE Thanks
