Can't Connect to Computer

I have a home computer on my network in addition to my macbook pro. It is a windows computer. It is on the same workgroup that I am currently on. The computer shows up in my finder bar under the shared tab. However when I click to connect to it it says, "The server may not exist or is not operational at this time. Check the server name or IP address and your network connection and try again."
I used to be able to login to this computer with an account I setup to access my music files, but now it just gives me the above message. Any ideas on what I need to do? Firewall is disabled, I can connect with windows computers, and I used to be able to connect with this computer, but it stopped about 1 week ago.
