Hi,
I have a macbook, which I connect to an external hard drive for backup, music/video storage. I'd like to link the macbook to the hard drive wirelessly so I can use the macbook anywhere in the house. I have a now redundant emac, which I was wondering if I could use it like a base station or NAS. So I could link the hard drive to the emac and then have that as a kind of server the macbook wirelessly links too. see specs: eMac 1.25GHz/256/80/Superdrive 15" running MAC OS X 10.3.9 Panther LaCie d2 Quadra Hard Drive Is this possible and what software would I need? are there any articles threads out there that can tell me how this could be done. Thanks you. |
