prosumer printers??

Im looking for a USB Printer that is capable of borderless 11x14 prints and is mac compatible. I was looking @ the Canon Pixma Pro9000 and after reading the reviews it seems like a great choice. But its rather costly and its HUGE @ 26x14x7, it takes up over half my desk. I dont have the option of going wireless to put it in another room either. Im working with limited space so every inch counts. Does anyone have any other recommendations??

I have the i9900, and it is an incredible printer. If you want top-notch quality, I recommend finding a room in your budget and work area for one.

You should also do a search and inquiry at some of the photography-oriented sites. Here's one that I frequent that has a large population of helpful members:
