acrobat pro 8.0 problem

Hi there

I have being using acrobat pro 8.0 for some time. But I getting this problem with pop up saying

has any one see this before? I tried reinstalling acrobat pro but with no change....mmmm

I click ok and the program closes

I don't suppose you recently upgraded to CreativeSuite 3 did you? If so, this is normal if you already had Acrobat 8 from CS2 installed. Some components were updated and the new software needs to activate - even though you already had Acrobat installed.

If this is not the case, then I would say you should delete Acrobat 8 and reinstall it - or at the very least, check to see if there are updates available.

thanks for your posts, yes have have try launching another apps (no change)

Yes I did upgrade to CS3, and have reinstalled the software as well, and check if there are updates (no updates)

Any another suggestions
