Well I uploaded some photos to ipoto as usual, only this time I needed to make some changes to them (i.e sharpen them, change to black and white for example) and they have saved fine, however I now want to copy these to my normal pictures folder so I can upload them to photo bucket but also send them on email attachment but when I copy them and past them in to my pictures, it just pastes the original image accross and not the changed image that I have ammended.

How can I copy the pics ive changed in to my normal pic folders?

Try the Export option under the file menu.
