Most of them look really good, some of them don't look as good as the others. But all in all this person has a good deal of talent, and a great deal of time.. really good pictures.

For Photoshop manipulation i like Worth1000 (www.worth1000.com), but the pictures from the second link are great.

i would have to agree that the 2nd link is better, some of those give a real sence of atmosphere. for me its the girl laying in her blanket in the snow outside her house, and the boy playing with his train and in the hall is a massive training coming towards him.
