How to Blur or Pixelate a Face for Anonymity?
VERY simple task with Paint in Windows but what can an OSX 10.6.8 user employ that is included with iLife or free from the web? Still images only. Don't even think about Photoshop. Thanks.

    Seashore is free.

Please verify and include the exact model/year of your Mac and OS X version number (available from "About This Mac", then "More Info" on the Apple menu).

VERY simple task with iPhoto in OS X. Select your photo, click on Edit, then select Retouch and blur it out. Easy as pie.

    Specs:
    L2012 Mini, i7 2.6Ghz, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD + 1TB HDD(fusion), BenQ 32" 2.5k QHD Display
There is also GIMP free of charge. Although it runs much better under Linux kernel then it does on Win or OSX when rendering larger then 12MP files..

Thanks for replies. One more ...

    Q. Is there any free image-grab program along the lines of the paid-for Snagit? Just for cropping and dropping part of the screen into emails. Can I drop said images into emails with Yahoo's Premium service?

The Mac App Store has several. I like and use Monosnap.

Are there any free email services which permit the dropping of images directly into text? If not, can anyone recommend a good, paid-for email service? Thanks again.
