Hi guys,

anyone have a suggestion on what app I could use in OSX to create brochures and spec sheets? Now I'm an engineer, so creativity in terms of pretty layouts, etc. is beyond me, so an app with some decent templates would be a great help.

MS Publisher would be a Windows option, but possibly find something better for Mac?

Thanks!

I use iStudio Publisher which is a very close cousin to MS Publisher, however, it lacks the large array of templates that come with MS Publisher. You can buy it from the Mac App store. I believe it's still under $20.

There is also Apple Pages which does a fairly good job of layout work and comes with many various templates. The Mac App store price is $19.99.

Thanks chscag, will give them a look! What attracts me about a non-Windows solution is that the templates, at least in my view, are likely to be less common. I suppose I'll need to make an effort to make the layout unique nevertheless. Thanks again.
