SKYPE not working right

I'm trying to chat using SKYPE. Problem: Although my cam indicates on (green light), the other person can't see any picture. Do I have to turn on some other program like iMovie? I get a good pi
cture of the other guy.

It's likely the upload capacity of your broadband is up to a steady video steam.

Try running a speed test at speedtest.net and get an idea of your broadband performance
