Removing Photos

I have a MacBook Pro and im having a problem removing or even finding photos. When i check the storage for my computer it says 85 gigs are taken up by pics I can not find a single picture on my computer. Someone help thanks

Are you using iPhoto? If you are, your photos will be in the iPhoto library and can be viewed by opening iPhoto. The iPhoto library is here:

MacIntosh HD/Users/your user name/Pictures/iPhoto Library/
