setting my default photo viewer/editor

How can I set my Mac Mini running Lion to use Photoshop as my default photo viewer and editor. I got iPhoto to default to PS but if I try to open photos from some other app, e.g. email, it defaults to PhotoViewer. Thanks, Kevin H. |
