Convert RTFD to JPG

I have an iMac OSX 10.5.8. I would like to convert RTFD images to JPG.
Any help appreciated.

RTFD files are not images. They are text documents that support adding images to the document. If your RTFD file has an image in it, just open it in TextEdit and drag the image to your Desktop.

Standing request for all troubleshooting: Please provide your Mac model/year and OS version. Also advise us if you have used or installed any antivirus, security, or "cleaning" software on your Mac.
