Can anyone out there help me please?
The publication I have to send a PDF to needs the profile ISOnewspaper26v4_gr attached for mono ads. I have placed this profile in the Library/Colorsync/Profiles/Recommended folder and have created a setting in Distiller using this profile but I can't make a PDF, I get the following error message in Distiller's pane "%%[ Error: undefined; OffendingCommand: setdistillerparams; ErrorInfo: PDFXOutputIntentProfile setdistillerparams ]%%" followed by the usual "Flushing rest of job..." etc. I have created a number of Distiller settings using other profiles successfully but don't understand what is wrong with this one. Can any kind person out there help please? I use an iMac, OS10.6.8 and Quark 8.5, I have CS5.5 with Distiller X. Thanks in anticipation.
