What format is the file? I would reckon Handbrake will be the tool you need, but it depends on the file format, can't help fully without knowing.

ok ive downloaded it but i dont know how to import the frames. I tried opening it but it wasnt there because all the frames are together as 1. I tried going to cinema 4d and opening the animation but it wouldnt let me save each frame.
