How do I convert an animation thats 50mb to under 20mb

how do i convert my animation thats 50mb to under 20mb so i can put it on gifninja.com

Mac Specs: 20" Intel iMac 2.4 Ghz/3G Ram/320HD, Snow Leopard. PBook G4, 1.5Ghz/1.5 Ram/250 HD, Leopard 10.5.6.

What format is the file? I would reckon Handbrake will be the tool you need, but it depends on the file format, can't help fully without knowing.

import video frames to layers in photoshop. Save for web devices.

In that case you can do the same in Gimp, which is free.

ok ive downloaded it but i dont know how to import the frames. I tried opening it but it wasnt there because all the frames are together as 1. I tried going to cinema 4d and opening the animation but it wouldnt let me save each frame.
